The following awards and certifications represent my accomplishments within Instructional Design and the contributions I made within my organization(s).

I joined the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) in 2023. AIDA is an intensive 9-month program led by a mentor who has been in the field of instructional design for 20 years. 

During my time in AIDA, I learned real-life application skills in instructional design. I have been able to create eLearning courses, design documents, and storyboards that have gone through multiple rounds of revisions. Mentors with an extensive instructional design background led me through alpha, beta, and gold versions of my Storyline sample and provided invaluable insight into the world of instructional design. 

I emerged from AIDA as a confident, highly prepared instructional designer with a portfolio that showcases my skills and talents.
